The hotel enjoys a convenient location near bustling downtown with easy access to plenty of local food options. Despite some noise issues, overall the rooms are clean and provide decent lighting. Some guests appreciated the air conditioning and warm shower in the bathroom.
Some aspects of the hotel were not up to standard, with some guests noticing dirty bedsheets and unpleasant smells in the bathroom.

Convenient location near restaurants and stores, strong AC and warm shower. Best of all, the staff were friendly and helpful.
There were several negatives during my stay. The room was quite noisy, with loud music coming from a neighboring establishment.

The hotel is easy to spot from the roadway, with a good location and excellent access. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. The warm shower and clean bathroom were a plus. Plenty of food options nearby, especially at night. Good value for money. Nice karaoke staff.

I had a great stay at Sans Hotel Roxy in Jakarta. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent and the security was great. The warm shower in the clean bathroom was a relief after a long day of travel. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value and convenient amenities.
